Mixed Bag - on now!

Combination of high/low impact fitness class.  The inclusion of portable equipment such as resistence bands, free weights and steps provides a solid, all over body workout.  This class focuses on muscular endurance and cardiovascular endurance as well as flexibility.  Great class for those wishing to incorporate a regular fitness class into their life.  Typically offered over the noon hour at the Northern Lakes College gym.
