Fusion Fitness Training is a unique blend of fitness conditioning, yoga, and Pilates. 

Using fitness as the foundation work through a series of exercises and yoga postures that focus on core and stabilizing techniques.  Fusion Fitness Training integrates mind-body awareness and is designed to create a more meaningful workout.   This is a low to no-impact fitness class incorporating strength, flexibility and conditioning.

Nine weeks, starting January 30th - March 27th
Saturday 10 am
NLC Gym

Bring a yoga or pilates mat and water.
Cost: $75, $10 drop-in rate
Registration - Two Options

. Print off registration form & PAR-Q, complete both in full.  Bring with you first day of classes (please remember the forms so you can participate in the class!)  
       1b.  If there is a 'YES' response on the PAR-Q, please contact Tasha prior to the start of classes (780 805-0460).

2. Submit payment online.  At the top of the page, find your class under the tab "Register for Classes Online".
