Using fitness as the foundation, work through a series of exercises and yoga postures that focus on core and stabilizing techniques. Fusion integrates mind-body awareness and is designed to create a more meaningful workout. This is a low impact fitness class incorporating strength, flexibility and conditioning.

Starting: March 6, 2012 Tuesday 12:10 pm to 12:50 pm Location: Yoga Studio - in the Potpourri Mall Equipment: yoga or pilates mat and water. Session Length: 4 weeks Cost: $30 for one day a week | MOM'S - Bring your kids! You can also have your child with you while you exercise. However, they must be prepared to not interfere with anyone else's workout. If there are children that are running around the parents will be asked to find an alternative childcare solution during this workout time. |
