Have you thought about taking boot camp but it seemed a little intimidating. No worries, now you can start boot camp and increase your fitness slowly being introduced to the exercises in their most basic format. Beginner Boot Camp is a great option for those wishing to start a fitness program! Great for ages 15-69, men and women! | Boot Camp & Boot Camp(extreme)
High energy, full body class. Expect to work hard and love every minute of it. This is a results oriented class and you will see a noticeable improvement in your fitness level. Classes are designed to provide modifications for beginners and increased levels of difficulty for those wishing to challenge and push themselves. Open to men and women aged 15 and up of all fitness levels. If you are a (boot camp) extreme-ists, you will be encouraged to use higher weights and to workout at the highest level of modifications provided. Higher modifications than ever before will be added to boot camp to really push your fitness level! |

Bring with you first day or mail in (PO Box 1943, T0G 2A0).
3. Payment, either online under 'Online Payment' on the menu to the left. Or mail a cheque (payable to Tasha Albert) to address above. Online payment options include, Visa, MasterCard, Debit or PayPal.
