Starting: March 5, 2012 Monday & Wednesday 12:10 pm to 12:50 pm Location: NLC Equipment: weights, mat and water. Session Length: 4 weeks Cost: $30 for one day a week or $60 for two days a week. | MOM'S - Bring your kids! You can also have your child with you while you exercise. However, they must be prepared to not interfere with anyone else's workout. If there are children that are running around the parents will be asked to find an alternative childcare solution during this workout time. |
