I've been down to the beach doing some 'test' boot camps.  It's been tough but fun.  I can't wait to workout with everyone in the sand. 

Lots of phone calls about the beach boot camp.  If you are interested and haven't sent in your paperwork - no problem.  Come early on Tuesday and we'll work it out before class.  Print off the PAR-Q and the registration form off the Classes tab, fill them out and bring them.

MAT - I'll be sending out an email to everyone asking them to bring a mat, as I neglected to include this.
